LOCATION HISTORY:
Built in the 1870's, this building was occupied by S.M. Bloom and Company, which was a firm that dealt with wholesale groceries . This company functioned in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries when Hagerstown was serviced majorly on local organizations.
The property was then acquired in the 1941 to Garland E. Groh, who's son now takes care of the property.

Head east on W Campus Drive toward WV 480 N/N Duke st.
Continue to follow 480 N.
Continue onto MD-34E
Turn left onto MD-65 N/N Church st.
Continue to follow MD-65 N
MD-65N turns slightly right and becomes S Locust St.
